Future Leaders Institute (FLI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality healthcare and technology education. We do not run a school ourselves; instead, we work with community leaders, educators and healthcare partners to develop new charter schools focused on healthcare technology. As the global shortage of health workers is expected to exceed 11 million by 2030 and digital skills become critical in healthcare, FLI helps build school models that prepare students for these future careers. Our vision is to see communities across the U.S. launch and sustain charter schools that blend clinical knowledge and technological innovation.
